Remark: An Entertainer with a difference

The film is ordinary but entertaining. The film has already received the relevant hype, thanks to the trailor which was very different. The story is about the life of 4 guys living in chennai, with lots of Kollywood hope. The protagonist is Prasanna (has fit into the role to perfection, should certainly get a permanent place in Tamil Cinema) is a guy with directorial ambitions. Prasanna lives with three other friends(each having their own ambitions in cinema). The entire movie runs as a flash back. Navya Nair (good performance) is a girl living amidst sorrows, since her father is a goonda. Her marriage is fixed with US Software Engineer, Prakash Raj (plays a short but a neat cameo). Navya, takes the help Prasanna, who dupes Prakash Raj that, he and Navya are in love. The hotel scene where he meets Prakash raj is good. Prakash Raj, develops a liking for Prasanna. Prakash Raj, now out of excitement, gets Prasanna married to Navya. There was no time to react and the both Prasanna and Navya get married without any choice. Prakash Raj, gifts them his flat where they live amidst fights and ego clashes. Prakash Raj, leaves to the US. The Second half is quite interesting and answers whether Navya and Prasanna fall in love (after marriage)? The screenplay, with comedy as the undercurrent, makes us feel very comfortable. The movie deserves appreciation for its neatness via a vis screenplay, music, performance, etc. The characters have played their role well. The movie gives memory of old Bhagyaraj Movies. The director Radha Mohan, has done a clean job. The word "Bhoom" to describe love blossom is well utilised. The comedy involving Bhaskar is a rip roar. Over dose of emotions in the second half, irritates. I dont know why, the directors always want to kill some important characters in their movies, without any reason. When one looks at the movie in totality, it gives a pleasing effect. The flashback method used is good. Music by Ramesh Vinayakam is very good. Azhagiya Theeyae is a Sweet Love Story and will definitely make producer Prakashraj a happy man.
